1. Acceptance of Terms

The services that Alex Kazam provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Alex Kazam reserves the right to update the TOS at any time without notice to you.

2. Description of Services

Alex Kazam provides you with access to a variety of resources, including booking services, content creation, strategy sessions, and product information (collectively "Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to the TOS.

3. Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from the Services.

4. Notice Specific to Services Available

The Services may include certain communications from Alex Kazam, such as service announcements, administrative messages, etc., and these communications are considered part of the Services, and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.

5. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund

Unless otherwise stated, all payments for services are due upfront and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these TOS or the refund policy provided at the time of your purchase.

Appointments can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Beyond this point, reschedules are at Alex Kazam's discretion, and cancellations do not offer any refunds.

6. Termination of Use

Alex Kazam reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, without notice.

7. Modification of Terms

Alex Kazam reserves the right to change the TOS or policies regarding the use of the Services at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the TOS on this website.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The information included in or available through the Services may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Alex Kazam and/or his respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the Services at any time.

9. Copyright and Trademark Notices

All content of the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Services, is the property of Alex Kazam or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ontario, Canada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Services.
